What you can expect when you work with us.
Confidentiality. One of the many reasons for using a recruiter is to protect your identity. When you work with us, you’ll never have to worry about your employer (or anyone else) finding out that you are interested in exploring other opportunities. We will never present your information to a potential employer without your express permission, and we can even find out if a potential employer is interested in interviewing you without revealing who you are.
Available When You Need Us. When you are interviewing with one of our clients, we are available whenever you need us, nights and weekends included. We take your job search seriously. We will either return your call the same day you call, or first thing the following morning. We expect that same level of attentiveness from you.
Resume Review. While we are not a resume writing service, we look at resumes all day, every day. When we present you to one of our clients, we will review your resume with you and, if necessary, provide suggestions on formatting and specific experiences to highlight in order to make your interviews more productive.
Interview Preparation & Leading You Through the Interview Process. Part of our job is to facilitate the interview process, which includes making sure you have as much information as possible about the company and team with which you are interviewing. But we don’t stop there. We will walk you step-by-step through the interview process, from first contact with our client to negotiating a salary that works for you.
Transition Management & Follow Up. We want you to be happy and successful when we place you with one of our clients. We will stay with you through the transition period to ensure you are getting the resources you need to be successful in your new role, and that you are ultimately happy with your decision once the honeymoon period is over.
Free of charge. While we consider you just as much of a client as we do the employers we work with, our service to you is free of charge; we get paid by the employer.
