The Difference Maker

Of course, we know how to identify and recruit people that meet these technical requirements, but we find the subtle differences between a candidate in these areas make the biggest difference:

Ability to see the big picture of the business and understand accounting’s place within it

Exceptional organization skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work at a fast pace and keep up with industry segment-specific spikes

The soft people skills necessary to forge and cultivate positive business relationships across departments and at all staff levels

If you are looking for a Controller or other Corporate Accounting staffers that meet these types of requirements, please reach out to us.

If you are a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Accountant looking for a new career chapter, please review our open positions but also reach out so we have you on our roster for the next opportunity.
