Contingency search is the most popular choice of our clients. Through this service, employers can review resumes and interview candidates at no cost. It is only when a hire is made that a fee is due. We stand behind the quality of our candidates and offer a guarantee that if he or she leaves for any reason during the first 90 days on the job, we will replace the candidate within 90 days to the satisfaction of our client, or immediately refund the placement fee in full.
Under this option, we move your need to the very top of our list of search assignments and give you our full attention. 1/3 of the fee is due upon commencement of the search, 1/3 of the fee is due upon presentation of qualified candidates, and the final 1/3 of the fee is due on the hired candidate’s first day of work. We stand behind the quality of our candidates and offer a guarantee that if he or she leaves for any reason during the first 90 days on the job, we will replace the candidate within 90 days to the satisfaction of our client, or immediately refund the placement fee in full.
