The CSP Group is excited to share a key Financial Analyst role with a growing $1B manufacturer in St. Louis. This role will have significant involvement in FP&A, accounting, financial and business analytics, modeling, investment decisions, driving standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement. As a true business partner with the regional & plant management teams, you will be the point of contact for regional finance. highly analytical, driven, results oriented candidate with an exceptional work ethic, great attitude, and strategic mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month end analysis, reporting & management communications, monthly forecasting, annual and long-term planning and budgeting in addition to acquisition due diligence
- Key Business Partner to operations, commercial, HR, MIS and finance leads including: revenue generation or cost reduction opportunity identification and implementation, profitability analysis and improvement, assist with working capital management, identify and implement operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, process improvement and benchmarking initiatives, assist with defining and setting strategy, in addition to delivering top notch customer service internally and externally as the face of the finance organization
- Assist with contract negotiations for customer, vendor, labor, warehouse, and natural gas contracts
- Prepare financial modeling, what if scenarios, capital and investment justifications, ROI analysis and board and bank presentations• Partner with the Accounting group to understand key drivers of the financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate to drive change
- Work with Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline KPI’s and business information
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in finance or accounting
- CPA/MBA/MF preferred
- 2 – 5 years of progressive accounting & finance experience
- Oracle experience a plus but not required
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel up to 25%
