Responsibilities:

• Month end analysis, reporting & management communications, monthly forecasting, annual and long term planning and budgeting in addition to acquisition due diligence
• Key Business Partner to operations, commercial, HR, MIS and finance leads including: revenue generation or cost reduction opportunity identification and implementation, profitability analysis and improvement, assist with working capital management, identify and implement operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, process improvement and benchmarking initiatives, assist with defining and setting strategy, in addition to delivering top notch customer service internally and externally as the face of the finance organization
• Assist with contract negotiations for customer, vendor, labor, warehouse and natural gas contracts
• Handle complex and high level financial analysis, not limited to: financial modeling, what-if scenarios, capital and investment justifications, ROI analysis, and board and bank presentations
• Administer standardization and best practice efforts for the organization (one consistent and standard way)
• Partner with the Accounting group to understand key drivers of the financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate to drive change
• Assist in month end close duties
• Work with Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline KPI’s and business information
• Primary point of contact for Regional General Manager on finance related topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
• CPA/MBA/MF preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Superior work ethic and discipline
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of progressive finance and data analytics experience
• Experience in or ready for a fast paced, operations and manufacturing environment
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial services industry preferred
• Heavy Excel and MS Office application skillset required
• Ability to travel up to 25%
