With a Masters of Accounting and active CPA license, I have a strong foundation and accounting background. My attention to detail and analytical skills enable me to identify discrepancies and improve processes. Career Highlight 1: I currently work as part of the Commercial Accounting Infrastructure team at my company. I am responsible for building new files and maintaining existing ones for our larger team. My deep knowledge of the business and Microsoft Excel has allowed me to find and implement efficiencies across the board that benefit and save our team time each month during monthly close.

Career Highlight 2: I take pride not just in my work, but also in leading and developing other team members. I have one direct report, an Accountant II. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with them, and watching them grow. In my current role, my first Accountant II hire has since been promoted to Senior Accountant, and continues to be a strong performer for us. My next hire is still in the Accountant II role, and I also anticipate her seeking advancing to the Senior level.

Career Highlight 3: My current role allows me to lead twelve meetings and presentations throughout the month. My public speaking has been commended by multiple team members, and my boss now invites additional team members to listen to my presentations for learning purposes.
