Through my experience as a big 4 consultant, I have worked with a number of large clients to solve a wide array of business challenges. These include offshoring, outsourcing, systems implementation, and process maturity assessments. Additionally, I have strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Career Highlight 1: My biggest career achievement has been the creation of a playbook for the establishment of an offshore FP&A organization. This playbook was the culmination of several months’ work in analysis, interviews, benchmarking, and best practice research. It defined the operating guidelines, strategy, governance, and work products for an FP&A organization that would serve the reporting needs of a large multinational firm.

Career Highlight 2: Though the establishment of this organization, it was projected that the firm would save millions in reporting costs through gained efficiency and labor arbitrage. Because of its large impact and visibility within the organization, I consider it my biggest career achievement so far.
