I’m a licensed CPA with a strong background in full cycle accounting and payroll. A large portion of my career has been spent in the Controller role which has allowed me to refine my skills in financial reporting/analysis, process improvement and compliance. In my most recent role, I gained valuable global experience managing financial operations across US, Canada and India for the organization. My career journey includes roles in various sectors – from a non-profit to a small consulting firm to a large publicly traded auto dealership. Each role allowed me to grow professionally, overcome challenges and gain new business perspectives.

Career Highlight 1: Led migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business Central for our US and India operations allowing us to streamline the closing process, capture job costs and provide management with enhanced financial reporting. Business Central also gave us the ability to better monitor our purchase contracts which allowed us to capture cost savings and eliminate duplicate services.

Career Highlight 2: Partnered with HR team on two payroll/HRIS migrations in 4 years – ADP to Paylocity and then to Rippling. Rippling global system brought our US, Canada, and India payroll into one system gaining visibility and efficiencies for all users.

Career Highlight 3: Partnered with outside consultant to design PowerBI dashboards which captured data from multiple sources to produce KPI’s and financial comparison/analysis for management. It also assisted in speeding up the close process by 2 days by eliminating the need to run reports from our ERP.
