Career Highlight 2: I saved $13K dollars in two months across 20 Burger Kings. By simply picking up the phone and the Burger King Manager asking about sprinkler services. Found out they ran sprinklers 12 hours a day. After that, we sent out a memo limiting sprinkler usage and across multiple Burger Kings we saved $13K. Keep in mind GP for Burger King is like 8%.

Career Highlight 3: I created a PowerBI Dashboard that helped lower accessorials expense. This was a monthly report I maintained to show charges from Freight lanes that are above and beyond. This was a signal for Demurrage – a charge for poor freight planning. Over 6 months we lowered the Inbound Demurrage $80K.
