  • 14 years of progressive public accounting and corporate accounting and finance experience, the last 5 as the CFO of a small tire and lube company. Very hands-on and strong with systems and processes.
  • Accounting/Finance, IT. M&A Due diligence on acquisitions, both from his time in public and in-house (client).
  • Has made 18 acquisitions and integrated them successfully into the company.
