I am a Global Finance and ESG Executive with 18+ years of experience leading strategic finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business reporting within complex, multinational organizations. I’ve done and seen a lot at my previous employer. As part of their finance “think tank”, I led or supported a variety of finance related work. When they were not performing well, I was involved in analyzing and proposing interventions in the business When they were not performing well, I was involved in financial modelling for potential debt-funded acquisitions (such as a $1bn acquisition) and new growth projects (CAPEX and M&A). I’ve always been involved in multi-year forecasts tied to business growth, led executive-level monthly reviews, scenario analysis, to help our CFO and CEO tell their story to the street.

Career Highlight 1: $14bn Capital Allocation Framework: addressed allocation of capital across Working Capital, CAPEX, M&A, dividends and share repurchases. Also addressed a methodology for cost of capital (WACC).

Career Highlight 2: $1.3bn Working Capital reduction program: Through various interventions in A/P. Most importantly, without adding cost and curtailing flexibility for the business. That was the key.
