Career Highlight 1: Drove Material EBITDA Growth in a PE Portco – $5M of Incremental EBITDA from leading cross functional customer engagement & conversion initiative in Home Services platform, building automated SMS campaign to pull in appointments to earlier dates. I led a cross-functional team and worked through idea development, testing, and launch, which drove increased revenue and EBITDA and innovation in the company.

Career Highlight 2: Key deal team member in $1.2B sale of ACTIVE Network (PE-backed) to a strategic buyer (Global Payments). I led my business unit through a difficult diligence process and led late stage management meetings solely focused on my BU. It was a long and grueling process but we were able to get a good deal done, and it was one of the best learning experiences of my career.

Career Highlight 3: Developing Finance Transformation and executing for new CFO of $150M company. Partnered with a first time CFO to standup organization, build processes, and led their first budget and board presentation, along with creating their M&A playbook. I was able to professionalize the finance function, improve executive and board-level financial narratives, and establish repeatable planning, reporting, and diligence processes, and take a strategic view of the finance function.
