I am a hyper focused Operational Finance Leader. Using a continuous improvement mindset, I partner with supporting departments to drive solutions to save costs, time and reduce unnecessary tasks. Throughout my career in Manufacturing and Sales Finance, I have implemented systems, procedures and have simplified messaging to drive business priorities and results.

Career Highlight 1: In 2013, I took the financial reigns of an aging petfood manufacturing facility, that had been governed by a 40 year vet. I introduced a different approach of partnership and continuous improvement. This resulted in year/year cost savings, increased forecast accuracy and overall trust in financial results. Over the 3 year period I was Factory Controller for the facility, the team identified and removed ~3M in costs.

Career Highlight 2: When I joined as VP of Finance, there was desire to implement a new ERP solution. I assisted in choosing the Acumatica system, outlined the approach for implementation, and successfully drove the final solution, on time. The partnership approach I had used in prior roles, allowed the change management required, to not distract from the prioritization of success measures for the implementation.

Career Highlight 3: In 2010, I successfully guided a large manufacturing factory through a significant internal Audit, that had been failed in the past. My approach required me to delve deep into the business activities, reteach procedures and processes, and drive my financial team to develop partnerships to properly meet the expected requirements. The result of the 3 week internal audit was a very positive result, and my approach was used throughout the factory network as a model for success.
