Career Highlight 1: At a growing $700m/year publicly traded company, led an ERP implementation that reduced our month-end close from 10 days to 7 days. I achieved this by redesigning workflows, automating manual entries and improving reconciliations.

Career Highlight 2: At venture capital-backed startup, built the finance function from the ground up. As the first and only accounting hire for the first 4 months, I was able to setup reporting and created scalable close and reporting processes.

Career Highlight 3: At 3 diffferent companies, has led 11 acquisition integrations. During a financial review for one of the acquisitions, I identified inventory discrepancies and misclassified items that were incorrectly coded in a way that increased EBITDA so the seller adjust and bring the purchase price down.
