I am a corporate accounting professional with 30 years of experience with small to mid-sized companies. I have held a Controller title since 2001. I have demonstrated an emphasis in the manufacturing industry beginning in 2014. I am seeking an accounting leadership position at reputable St. Louis-based companies.

Career Highlight 1: Building a new accounting department in 2001; transitioning from an outside firm to a new in-house team. This included hiring 6 people to the staff and setting up a standard of policies and procedures for the company.

Career Highlight 2: Coordinating the transition to a new ERP system. A multi year project, the move to the new ERP required management of all departments in the company as well as the software engineers to ensure a smooth change from the old system to the new system.

Career Highlight 3: Assemble all due diligence required to facilitate the sale of a related company to an outside firm. All aspects of the company being sold required an audit and documentation of all transactions. It was my project to see that all facets of the transaction were complete.
