An accounting professional with a background in finance. As recently as 8 years ago, I was processing AP, recording AR and have advanced to an Assistant Controller position at a family office with over $1b AUM. I have a unique perspective with my background, as well as an MBA. I have experience getting into the weeds but also have the ability to view accounting through an executive lens, helping shape processes and reducing inefficiences.

Career Highlight 1: Fully implementing the CAM Reconciliation (process which commercial tenants pay building expenses) into an accounting software, vs. reconciling accounts in spreadsheets.

Why Hire This Candidate (In Their Own Words): At my last role, I helped an accounting department transition through 4 out of 6 employees leaving within 4 months of eachother. This meant that I was taking on tasks that our AP accountant had as well as my former bosses tasks. I’ve refined AP processes, rolled out a new credit card software, implemented a standard b/s reconciliation process, ran payroll. All while performing the duties of multiple people.
