Career Highlight 1: Received CPA license in 2023 and remain diligent to remain active. Double majored in accounting and finance to obtain the 150 units in order to take the CPA exam. After nearly two years, I was finally able to pass all four sections. Moreover, I was able to pass the ethics exam and was able to get a year of experience under a licensed CPA when I worked at an insurance brokerage company.

Career Highlight 2: Currently responsible for full cycle accounting for over a dozen properties. Bank reconciliations, financial statements, accounts payable, job cost activity, and replacement reserve draws. Furthermore, I have completed loan reconciliations, and I have also done monthly job cost code corrections.

Career Highlight 3: Previously, assisted with leading audit schedules and audit analysis. Prepared and computed reserve schedules and ending balances for financial trusts on a monthly basis. I even prepared Pivot Tables for analyzing financial data and I also used V-lookups as well.
