Career Highlight 1: When promoted to the Director of Pricing and Financial Analysis position, I was able to re-work the department’s processes and reporting. This streamlined our ability to bid on more projects and better understand market conditions. This streamlined our ability to work on more projects, create new reports and trackers to help evaluate competition, our internal strategy and performance.
Career Highlight 2: Worked with other departments to help with progress and achievements. Was able to generate recruiting reports by department/specialty/person to help identify gaps in performance that helped our operational team. Was done for my individual knowledge, but when shared, was implemented into their monthly performance meetings. This started additional Ad Hoc requests that helped with operational efficiencies.
