Partnered with Accounts Payable group who didn’t have access to all the data to correct these variances, created an auditable process to adjust invoicing dates to reflect original invoice. Average of 200 weekly adjustments submitted for bulk upload.

Career Highlight 3: Researched solution to printing constraint in company which utilized custom Oracle product and presented to leadership. The company settings were customized, thus disabling product updates. IT group worked with Oracle to get coding to implement. This update allowed printing that previously had taken 15 hours in a week to be completed in 30 minutes, across 4 desks. Enhancement also reduced omitted printed invoices.
