Implemented a daily production meeting, PowerBI order tracking system to prioritize orders and get team back on track. Resulted in 100% on time delivery, reduction in overtime, reduction in waste throughout process, and ability to plan for bi-annual maintenance shutdowns not historically an option.

Career Highlight 3: Led financials for an organization-wide supply chain shift in product manufactured and installed which led to annual $5 million savings in material cost. Put together analysis of various scenarios, partnered with engineering on quantifying each opportunity, and was part of decision process to shift to a new product and supplier. Once implemented, did monthly analysis on actual savings, opportunities to increase savings, and areas to focus or shift strategy.
