I’m an early-career accounting professional with a strong tax background. I spent two years in public accounting, where I specialized in tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, their trusts, and closely held businesses. During that time, I was promoted to senior associate and passed all four sections of the CPA exam with an average score above 90. I then transitioned into an in-house accounting role, where I’ve expanded my experience beyond tax into alternative investments, quarter-end close, and internal accounting processes. I’ve really enjoyed building on my tax foundation while gaining a broader understanding of the accounting and investment side.

Career Highlight 1: Passing the CPA exam with an average score over 90 passing all four tests on the first try. To do this, I had to study after work, study on saturday and sundays, and make many sacrifices in my personal life that eventually all paid off.

Career Highlight 2: Earning a promotion to senior tax associate. To earn this promotion, I earned this promotion showing my superiors that I had ability to succeed as a tax professional.
