Implementing change required organizational change of a very seasoned (15+ years of experience) commercial organization.

Process successfully made it to final round bidding and multiple counteroffers in final stages of bidding. While ultimately lost opportunity to another bidder, the process was a success the materials presented to the board garnered buy in to commit to a level previously considered.
