Result of the initiative led to additional annual revenue of approximately $30m and margin expansion of 4%. Implementing change required organizational change of a very seasoned (15+ years of experience) commercial organization.

Career Highlight 3: Led acquisition recommendation process from initial due diligence to board approval for the largest (at the time) acquisition in company history. Process successfully made it to final round bidding and multiple counteroffers in final stages of bidding. While ultimately lost opportunity to another bidder, the process was a success the materials presented to the board garnered buy in to commit to a level previously considered.
